Lie to me...or not!

LIE TO ME...OR NOT!

Do you think you know the man standing right beside you? Well, guess again! And again! And again! You can never be too sure! You’d better get used to the fact that people lie! People lie all the time! People lie about their birthday, about their salary, about their past, and last but not least, people lie about their feelings! Why do they do this? Well, if I knew, I wouldn’t be here wondering! And most of all, I wouldn’t be here trying not to feel hurt!

People lie without even considering telling the truth. Lying is their first instinct. After a while, they are not even aware of the fact that they have just said a lie. They do not find anything wrong in concealing the truth or in making up things just for fun. What is worst is that after another period of time, they are not able to make the difference between reality and their own lies! Even if they don’t have anything to hide, they are still making up things and lying without a logical explanation. And we all have to admit that this becomes pathological… It is in vain that you try hard to understand the process, to make some sense out of it, you won’t get anywhere near a sane excuse for it. It is extremely tough, but you just have to admit that you are being lied to by “the person” just for his/her own sake.

Lying gets everything to be dirty, ruins everything you have built and it just makes you feel sick! Sick about the whole thing, so sick that you want to shake all that dirt out of your skin!

Why, why should one stoop so low?
